Heather has been in the employee benefits industry since 2004. During that time her focus has been with fully-insured small to mid-market employer groups with various levels of benefit platforms. Prior to joining Prescott Pailet Benefits, Heather held a position in account management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas where she consistently achieved the highest client retention rates and sustained strong relationships with clients. Heather, a native Texan, lives in Richardson with her husband and young son. She is involved in her son’s school’s PTA as well as her Homeowner’s Association.
