Misty started in the industry in 1999 working for a dental carrier. She worked for another agency for 9 years, taking 3 years off in the middle to take care of her twin boys. She has a strong background in customer service which enables her to help her clients in many ways. Her focus at PPB is on eligibility management and claims advocacy. Misty is married with twin boys and makes her home in Denton, TX. She and her husband are involved in the boys’ little league baseball team.
